The PIC Fluxx Eco is a “Multimodal Innovation Engine” designed to transform complex development challenges into practical, evidence-based solutions. It functions as a creative hub that bridges policy ideas with the real experiences of Nigerian citizens through an integrated ecosystem:
- Behavioral Insight Lab: Functions as a diagnostic suite dedicated to the real-time observation of user interactions and behaviors with digital or physical products under simulated lab conditions. Utilizing AV observation and eye-tracking tools, it captures subconscious user reactions to maintain a human-centered approach and reduce risks before scaling interventions. It also develops protocols and guidelines for user testing within other labs.
- Storytelling & Prototyping Lab: A creative hub utilizing Generative AI and rapid prototyping tools to convert insights into storyboards, media, and digital models.
- Policy Lab: The strategic link that turns successful prototypes into sustainable solutions and scalable national policy recommendations.
