Why Exhibit at GS-25?
The Gender & Inclusion Summit 2025 will feature a high-impact exhibition space located in the foyer of the main event venue—the central networking and movement hub throughout the Summit.
This space guarantees:
1. High visibility among national conveners, public officials, private sector leaders, donor agencies, multinationals, and media
2. Real-time interaction with 2,000+ physical attendees over 2 days
3. Premium exposure during plenary sessions, coffee breaks, and media coverage

Exhibition booths will be positioned in the foyer of the event venue, serving as a central point of interaction throughout the two-day Summit. This expansive and open space is where participants and esteemed guests of GS-25 will gather, network, and move through during the event.
As a high-traffic area, the foyer will naturally draw attention, offering prime visibility for exhibitors and creating valuable opportunities to engage with a wide range of stakeholders including national conveners, public officials, private sector leaders, donor agencies, international organisations, multinationals, and other state and non-state development actors. Exhibitors will have a unique platform to showcase their work, capture the attention of a diverse audience, and contribute to a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere for media and event coverage.
Exhibitors are required to set up their booths either on the evening of Tuesday, 2nd September ahead of the Summit’s opening. Booths will remain in place for the full duration of the event. To ensure continued engagement, each booth must be staffed by at least one representative from the exhibiting organisation during official event hours.

Organisations partnering directly with the Policy Innovation Centre on any aspect of the Summit will automatically be allocated a booth at no additional cost. Partnership package details are provided below.
