As the Finance and Admin Lead, Ann oversees the organization’s financial operations, supports human resource management, and administrative functions. She is responsible for ensuring efficient budget management, compliance with donor and regulatory requirements, effective grant administration, and smooth day-to-day office operations.
With over 18 years of experience, Ann brings deep expertise in finance and administration, including managing complex, multi-state donor-funded programs across organizations supported by various donor agencies; i.e BMGF, Luminate Foundation, CDC, USAID, MacArthur Foundation, UNDP, and the Packard Foundation. She has a strong track record in project start-up and closeout processes and is known for her ability to deliver measurable results in high-pressure and regulated environments. Ann has led diverse multicultural teams—both on-site and remotely—while maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Before joining Policy Innovation Centre, she was Finance & Administrative Manager for a USAID Funded Project (Breakthrough Research) with Population Council Nigeria.
She is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a certified Auditor/Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001:2005 with a Master’s in Business Administration, a business process specialist with qualifications that support her role in driving financial accountability, operational efficiency, and organizational compliance.
