David is the Creative Design Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC). In this role, he is responsible for crafting and executing creative visual solutions that align with PIC’s mission and vision. He works closely with the communications team to design visually compelling content, campaign assets, and brand materials that amplify the organization’s initiatives and engagements with stakeholders.

Prior to joining PIC, David built a solid foundation in both the advertising and Media firms, having worked as the design lead and design tutor at Fiona Peters International. He has contributed to the design and delivery of innovative products, campaigns, and brand experiences that strengthened market presence and user engagement.

David received a UI/UX certification from Seedbuilder Academy and Udemy.
