Eseoghene is the Gender and Inclusion Advisor at the Policy Innovation Centre. In this role, she supports the expansion of PIC’s Gender Research portfolio, including initiatives like the Gender Summit and Development Course. She guides the integration of gender-responsive and transformative approaches across projects. She also maintains and updates the gender integration strategy to ensure gender equity and social inclusion in all activities, develop gender-sensitive indicators, utilize sex-disaggregated data to measure impacts, assist in evidence-based equity analysis, and integrate gender content into communication materials.
Eseoghene is a skilled gender specialist with expertise in gender analysis and capacity building for addressing gender-based violence. She brings extensive experience in research and development focused on gender issues and is proficient in applying gender mainstreaming principles. Her work aims to enhance program quality, advance gender equity, and contribute to building a socially just and sustainable society.
Eseoghene received a certification in Gender and Development from Centre for Gender and Social Policy Studies, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
