Olubukola is the Advocacy and Research Manager at Policy Innovation Centre. In this role, she develops and implements a comprehensive research and advocacy strategy. She leads and supports the end-to-end management of research projects from conceptualization, methodology development, data collection, and analysis to report preparation. She coordinates stakeholder engagement and advocacy efforts toward achieving project objectives, organises and drives participatory institutional dialogues to co-create strategies.

Prior to joining PIC, she worked with both international and local organizations some of which include: MTV SHUGA, Population Council and Society for Family Health, and APIN, as lead and research consultant.

 Olubukola obtained her Ph.D. in Sociology with a specialisation in the area of gender, from the University of Lagos, Faculty of Social Science, Department of Sociology.
