Goodness serves as the Gender and Social Inclusion (GESI) Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC). In this role, she plays a key part in integrating GESI considerations across all PIC projects, ensuring inclusivity and equity are central to program outcomes. She contributes to expanding the Gender and Development course, fostering knowledge and capacity-building in this critical area.

Goodness supports collaboration efforts with local, national, and international organizations and represents PIC in relevant forums, networks, and working groups. She actively promotes best practices and shares lessons learned to advance GESI objectives, while assisting in developing gender-related business products to enhance awareness and advocacy efforts. Her collaborative efforts ensure brand consistency across all programs, campaigns, and communications, aligning PIC’s initiatives with its commitment to inclusivity and innovation.

Goodness holds certifications in International Frameworks for Gender Equality and Women’s Economic Empowerment from the UN Women Training Centre and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) from UNICEF.
