Dr. Isaac is the Social Research Specialist at the Policy Innovation Centre. In this role, he carries out innovative social research that contributes to knowledge creation and has real-world impact. This includes research design and implementation, fieldwork and community engagement, knowledge synthesis and dissemination, stakeholder collaboration and advocacy, as well as strategic contribution and innovation.

Prior to joining PIC, he worked in academia including Landmark University and Thomas Adewumi University, where he taught sociological courses, conducted social research and engaged in community service. While in academia, he served in various leadership positions, designed and implemented social research, disseminated research findings at national and international conferences, published in reputable outlets, and received some awards, research grants and sponsorships.

Isaac obtained his PhD (Sociology and Anthropology) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

He is directly responsible to the Executive Director, PIC.
