Isaac Oritogun serves as a Research Advisor at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where he leads strategic research initiatives, providing evidence-based insights and solutions to drive impactful policy decisions. With expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, policy development, social and gender norms research, programming, and programme monitoring and evaluation, Isaac contributes significantly to projects aimed at fostering social and economic sustainability.
With over a decade of experience, Isaac has successfully led research teams on high-profile projects funded by organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, and the MacArthur Foundation. His expertise spans sectors including health, education, governance and conflict resolution, leveraging data to inform policy and project outcomes. Isaac has also worked with reputable organizations like IFAD, Data Lead Africa and the HumAngle Foundation.
Isaac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Anatomy with a minor in Community Medicine and a Master’s in Sustainable Development, focusing on Social Development and Public Health. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), he is adept with quantitative, qualitative and visualization tools like SPSS, STATA, Nvivo, Dedoose, R, PowerBI and Tableau, positioning him as a versatile expert in data-driven policymaking and development solutions.
