Manasseh serves as a Quantitative Data Analyst at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC). In this capacity, he performs statistical analyses using tools such as SPSS, Excel or Python. He designs and scripts data collection instruments, including surveys and questionnaires, and collaborates with other team members to build the capacity of researchers, preparing them for fieldwork. Additionally, he supervises and coordinates data collection activities to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Before joining PIC, Manasseh was a Research Data Analyst at Research Hub Africa (RHA), where he worked across both qualitative and quantitative research areas. He is also skilled in using qualitative analysis software like Dedoose and NVivo and has trained budding researchers on their applications.

With over 8 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, Manasseh has contributed to various development projects across Nigeria.
