Mayowa is the Human Resources Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she leads the implementation of HR strategies and systems that promote organizational effectiveness and staff wellbeing. She is responsible for driving compliance with HR policies, coordinating performance management processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR operations align with PIC’s mission and values.

She has a well-rounded background spanning both the public and private sectors, with hands-on experience leading HR departments in the engineering, consultancy, and construction industries. Her work has involved developing and executing HR policies, supporting talent development, managing payroll and statutory compliance, and overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

Mayowa is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and has held a Human Resource Practitioners’ Licence since 2019. Her qualifications and experience equip her to contribute strategically to human capital development and organizational growth.
