Oladunni is a Research Officer at Policy Innovation Centre, where she supports the design, implementation and management of research projects. In this role, she collects and analyzes data, prepares detailed research reports, engages with stakeholders and ensures adherence to best practices throughout the research process to ensure successful project outcomes.
She has a proven track record as a field supervisor, data quality manager, and enumerator for nationwide surveys, including the Nigeria Education Data Survey (NEDS), and the National Population Census, where she managed teams, resolved stakeholder engagement challenges, and also conducted digital end-to-end monitoring of data to ensure full coverage and quality of census data. Over the past 5 years, Oladunni has interviewed over 5,000 respondents across multiple projects. Her experience also spans the education sector, where she worked with volunteer organizations to facilitate leadership trainings for students, collaborated on curriculum development, and engaged with stakeholders to promote educational initiatives.
Besides her extensive hands-on experience, Oladunni holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the University of Ibadan, which supports her expertise in research and public health program implementation.
