Olise Onwuka is the Project Communications Lead at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where he leads and coordinates communication strategies for various development-focused projects. In this role, he works closely with program teams to craft compelling content, manage project visibility and ensure effective communication of results and impact to stakeholders and the public.

Olise brings over 8 years of hands-on strategic and visual communications, having successfully led the design and implementation of media strategies, social campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives across multiple projects

A graduate of Aerospace Engineering from the prestigious National Aerospace University, Kharkov, Ukraine, he has built expertise through continuous learning and practice, including professional development courses, workshops, and a strong portfolio of impactful communications work. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Management.
