Paulina Yirenkyi is the Program Coordination Officer at the Policy Innovation Center, serving within the Grants and Business Development unit. She is responsible for managing people, processes, and project teams, ensuring seamless program planning, implementation, and coordination. Her work spans diverse development sectors, where she drives impactful initiatives with a focus on strategic resource mobilization and stakeholder engagement.
With over a decade of experience in the not-for-profit sector, Paulina has developed expertise in policy development, resource mobilization, and program coordination. She is also a trained Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified in Project Management for Development Professionals, further strengthening her ability to lead high-impact projects effectively.
Paulina holds an MPH from the University of Ibadan and an Executive MBA from the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. Her innovative contributions to Business Development in health have been recognized by the Federal Government of Nigeria and WHO. She is also a proud member of the Cherie Blair Foundation, Goldman Sachs, USGEAA among other notable affiliations.
