Toyin is a seasoned M&E expert with over 12 years of experience. She currently works at the Policy Innovation Centre as the M&E Advisor. Prior to joining the PIC, Toyin worked with renowned organisations such as the UNICEF, FHI360, Population Council, eHealth4everyone, and New Incentives in various capacities.
She holds a degree in Biochemistry from Bingham University, with further studies in Data Science at the University of East London. Over the years, Toyin has used her skills to support diverse projects in the Health sector focusing on HIV, TB, and RMNCH. She has also worked on the Education projects, Child rights, and Gender equality.
She played a key role in developing Nigeria’s national GBV dashboard, reportgbv.ng, and has led large-scale projects, including UNICEF’s Out-of-School Children (OOSC) enumeration and New Incentives’ PMTCT Randomised Control Trials (RCT).
