Fluxx Lab is the dynamic, creative engine of the Policy Innovation Centre. We exist to bridge the gap between high-level policy and the lived realities of everyday Nigerians. Traditional development cycles can be slow and top-down, often resulting in solutions that don’t fit the people they are meant to serve. We are flipping the script by embracing Human-Centred Design (HCD) for better policies and program interventions.

The Sandbox is more than just an office; our lab is a physical environment designed to unlock creativity. It is a modular, open-plan space with massive brainstorming walls where hierarchy is flattened, experimentation is encouraged, and failure is treated simply as a learning opportunity.
