The Gender and Development Certificate Course is a capacity-building programme of the PIC Institute (at the Policy Innovation Centre) designed to build participants’ capacity on gender and its multifaceted applications to development.

The course equips professionals with the technical skills and practical approaches needed to challenge inequality, address social disparities, and integrate gender perspectives across development sectors.

The programme combines evidence-based learning with real-world application to support more inclusive and effective development outcomes.
