Aderonke Komolafe is a researcher whose work sits at the intersection of gender, violence, adolescent experiences, and population dynamics in Africa. As a postdoctoral fellow at the Policy Innovation Centre, Abuja, she leverages research and evidence to inform policy formulation and implementation through a strong gender and inclusion lens.
She is a recipient of fellowship awards and research grants from the Union for African Population Studies and the Henry P. David Grant for International Travel in Human Reproductive Behaviour and Population Studies by the American Psychological Foundation. Aderonke has presented her work at leading international platforms, including the Population Association of America Conference in Washington, D.C., and the Union for African Population Studies Conference in Malawi.
Aderonke holds a PhD in Information Resources Management, with a specialization in Knowledge and Innovation Management, from Babcock University, Nigeria. Her work continues to advance interdisciplinary research, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy aimed at bridging gaps between information practices, sustainable health, policy and social development across Africa.
