Glory is a Grants and Partnerships Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she supports the organisation's grants management, partnership development, fundraising, and donor engagement functions. She is responsible for managing grants compliance across PIC's portfolio of multi-year donor relationships, developing proposals and concept notes aligned with donor priorities, and identifying strategic funding and partnership opportunities that advance the organisation's mandate.

She has over four years of experience in Nigeria's development sector. Prior to joining PIC, she supported youth empowerment, education, and community development programmes with national and community-based organisations, where she combined programme delivery with qualitative and quantitative research.

Glory holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, providing her with a strong grounding in social research and human behaviour that informs her work.
