Rebecca is a Project Assistant in the Behavioural Insights Unit at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she supports the coordination and delivery of projects and programmes. Her role includes providing project and administrative support, coordinating meetings and events, engaging stakeholders, maintaining project documentation, and working with different teams to ensure activities are delivered effectively. 

Rebecca has built experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and programme support through roles in the development and public sectors. She has contributed to community engagement activities, supported project implementation, coordinated events and meetings, and assisted with communications and reporting, strengthening her ability to work effectively in collaborative environments. 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State. Rebecca enjoys working on initiatives that bring people together, encourage collaboration, and contribute to practical solutions for development challenges.
