Rebecca is the Community Engagement and Project Coordination Intern within the Behavioural Insights unit at PIC. She supports the development of membership frameworks and engagement strategies tailored to the Nigerian context. Her daily work involves managing community databases, facilitating member onboarding, and ensuring proactive communication through newsletters and digital platforms. She also assists in curating content for community websites and creating visual collaterals that make behavioral science concepts more accessible to diverse audiences.
Before starting her internship at PIC, Rebecca gained experience as a Project and Advocacy Officer, where she developed a strong interest in community service and social impact. She has supported the coordination of outreach programs and managed branding for major events, which helped her build the organizational skills she uses today. Her background in design also gives her a practical edge in developing user-friendly communication tools for the projects she supports.
Rebecca is focused on growing her expertise in applying behavioral insights to societal challenges. Her experience managing the Behavioural Insights Network (BiN) and coordinating project activities has provided her with a solid foundation in project administration and stakeholder engagement. She is committed to learning how to bridge the gap between policy research and community-led action to drive meaningful change.
