Emmanuel Yakubu is a dedicated Finance Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where he oversees financial record management, cash and fund administration, compliance and internal control, payroll support, and reporting. He plays a pivotal role in strengthening financial systems and processes that drive organizational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. 

Prior to joining PIC, Emmanuel served as Finance Officer at the Africa Youth Growth Foundation (AYGF), where he managed cash operations, financial analysis, payroll oversight, budget administration, and regulatory compliance. His work included streamlining processes, conducting bank reconciliations, and supporting effective budgeting practices. 

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Abuja and is currently pursuing ACA certification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He brings extensive experience in managing donor-funded projects, financial reporting, and compliance within the NGO sector, with strong expertise in grant management, budget administration, and stakeholder engagement.
