Emmanuel Yakubu is a Finance Assistant at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where he maintains and implements financial systems and processes that enhance organizational efficiency and compliance. Prior to joining PIC, he worked with the Africa Youth Growth Foundation (AYGF) as a Finance Officer, where he was responsible for cash management, financial analysis, process improvement, payroll oversight, budget administration, regulatory compliance, bank reconciliation, and budgeting.

He is a finance and accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the prestigious University of Abuja and is currently pursuing ACA certification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Emmanuel has extensive experience in managing donor-funded projects, financial reporting, and compliance within the NGO sector, demonstrating strong expertise in grant management, budget administration, and stakeholder engagement.

Emmanuel has successfully supported projects funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Ford Foundation, World Bank, UNODC, and WFP. He is committed to leveraging his financial expertise to strengthen organizational capacity, ensure donor compliance, and maximize sustainable community impact.
