Gender and Inclusion Lead
Gender Foyer

Eseoghene is the Gender and Inclusion Lead at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she leads the design, implementation, and quality assurance of gender and inclusion programming across the organisation's thematic areas. She ensures that gender-transformative approaches are effectively integrated into programmes by applying behavioural science, research evidence, and community engagement strategies to advance inclusive and sustainable development outcomes.

She is a gender specialist with extensive experience in gender analysis, policy research, gender mainstreaming, and capacity building for the prevention and response to gender-based violence. Her expertise spans public health, governance, education, women's economic empowerment, safeguarding, and social development, with a strong focus on addressing structural inequalities, harmful social norms, and systemic barriers affecting women, adolescents, and other vulnerable populations. She has contributed to the design of evidence-informed policies, institutional frameworks, and programmes that strengthen gender responsiveness, improve programme quality, and promote equitable and inclusive development.

Eseoghene holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Epidemiology, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Policy, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology, and is a certified Project Management for Development Professional (PMD Pro).
