Femi is the Policy Lead at Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where he leads the development of high-quality, evidence-based policy analysis, recommendations, and frameworks that inform decision-making and drive systemic change. He is responsible for leading the translation of research and program insights into actionable policy outputs aligned with PIC’s strategic objectives, across various thematic areas. Femi also leads Digital Innovation work in PIC, overseeing the Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio, and ensuring ecosystem coordination within the AI space. In addition, Femi leads PIC’s Project Management Office (PMO) – the organisation’s first - championing and strengthening effective and standardised project delivery across board.  

Prior to his Policy Lead role, Femi worked within the Behavioural Innovation Lab at PIC, where he supported the application of behavioural principles and frameworks to the design and deployment of initiatives and projects to address a variety of societal and developmental problems. Before joining PIC, he worked in the digital technology space where he directed multiple projects leveraging digital technology and innovation to support government and public agencies.  

Femi holds a BSc in Sociology and Anthropology, a Masters Degree in Public Policy, and a Certificate of Leadership and Public Policy from the School of Politics, Policy and Governance (SPPG) and Hertie School of Governance. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
