Jane is the Partnerships & Resource Development Manager at the Policy Innovation Centre where she provides executive-level strategic leadership for PIC's fundraising, donor engagement, partnership development, grants management, and legal compliance functions. She drives the organisation's long-term resource mobilisation agenda, securing sustainable and diversified funding, cultivating high-value strategic partnerships, ensuring rigorous grant compliance, and overseeing the legal and contractual dimensions of PIC's donor and partner relationships.
She has over 12 years of experience in the development sector, with cross-cutting expertise in research, program delivery, and stakeholder management. She has managed multi-year grants from multilateral and bilateral agencies, philanthropies, and foundations, and leads high-level engagements both in-country and internationally. She also spearheads PIC's resource diversification strategy in the face of an evolving and shrinking funding landscape.
Jane holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combining technical grounding in health systems with strategic business acumen relevant to donor engagement, partnership development, and resource mobilisation.
