Manasseh is a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC) with over eight years of experience in research, data management, and evidence generation. He leads the development and implementation of MEL frameworks, performance indicators, data quality assurance processes, and reporting systems to support evidence-based decision-making across development programmes.
In his current role, Manasseh oversees monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities, including data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management. He develops data collection tools and dashboards; conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis using SPSS, Python, Excel, NVivo, Power BI, and Dedoose, and supports programme teams in strengthening data use, accountability, and organizational learning. Before joining PIC, he worked as a Data Analyst at Research Hub Africa, where he contributed to several research and evaluation projects across Nigeria.
Manasseh has facilitated training for researchers and data collectors, supervised field activities, and supported studies in health, gender, governance, and social development sectors. He is a certified PMD Pro practitioner, demonstrating his competence in project management for development and results-based programming.
