Mercy supports the Innovation and Special Projects Department at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she manages project planning, coordination, and technical analysis. She also works with the Behavioural Insights Team, applying economic and behavioural frameworks to analyze data, generate insights, and write reports that inform policy solutions.
Prior to joining PIC, Mercy has led and supported projects across the technology, education, and humanitarian sectors, with experience in project management, policy research, and data analysis. She managed data analytics initiatives, led cross-functional teams, and developed dashboards for performance tracking. Her experience demonstrates a track record of project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and impact measurement.
Mercy holds a Master’s degree (Distinction) and a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nile University of Nigeria, and is a Certified Data Analyst under the NITDA 3 Million Technical Talent Program and Google’s Coursera Data Analytics Specialization. She is currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy with ICAN and holds a professional certificate in Financial Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania. Mercy continues to demonstrate exceptional expertise in driving projects to timely and high-impact completion, ensuring that both organizational and strategic objectives are achieved with precision and excellence.
