Oladunni is a public health researcher and project management professional who currently serves as Research Advisor at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC). In this role, she provides technical leadership on multidisciplinary research that informs evidence-based policy and programming across governance, gender, health, and social development. She oversees the end-to-end research process and currently supports the coordination and implementation of the Nigeria Survey on Gender Norms, Attitudes, Health and Well-Being Project, a flagship study advancing adolescent health and well-being in Nigeria. 

She has a decade of experience in research and development practice across Nigeria, supporting the design and delivery of large-scale surveys including the Nigeria Education Data Survey (NEDS) and the National Population Census. She is published in BMC Public Health, a Q1-ranked journal, and she serves as a peer reviewer for PLOS ONE. She has also presented at international conferences including the Global Public Health Conference and the International Social and Behaviour Change Communication Summit. 

Oladunni holds a Master's degree in Epidemiology from the University of Ibadan, and she is a certified PMD Pro practitioner, with additional certifications from UNICEF, WHO and the World Bank. She is especially drawn to the harder-to-measure, human side of development work: the norms, beliefs, and behaviours that data alone doesn’t always capture. She continues to explore these themes through both research and personal writing.
