Olawunmi is a Project Officer in the Gender and Inclusion Unit at the Policy Innovation Centre. In this role, she supports the design, coordination, and implementation of gender-responsive, research-driven programmes, including stakeholder engagement, programme delivery, and the development of knowledge products and implementation plans. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective programme delivery and alignment across activities.
Prior to joining PIC, she gained extensive experience in, operations, customer service and financial reconciliation within the financial services sector, where she developed strong competencies in data management, stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination. These experiences have strengthened her ability to manage complex tasks, support structured programme delivery, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Olawunmi holds degrees in Computer Science and Data Science, which directly support her current role by enhancing her analytical capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and ability to contribute to research-informed and evidence-based programme design and implementation within the Gender and Inclusion Unit.
