Kemi Olatunde is the Program Advisor at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she provides technical, strategic, and operational support to the design, implementation, and coordination of gender-focused programmes. She is responsible for end-to-end programme management from strategic planning and stakeholder mobilisation to event execution and post-summit advocacy, ensuring PIC's gender convenings drive policy influence, build coalitions, and generate measurable impact on Nigeria's gender equality agenda.
Prior to her current role, Kemi served as Gender Programme Officer and Gender Programme Assistant at PIC, where she successfully supported two Gender and Inclusion Summits with over 1,500 participants and managed high-level stakeholder correspondence with dignitaries, VIPs, and policymakers. She also brings experience from the Medicaid Foundation and Pro Health Organisation, where she contributed to field research and project management.
Kemi holds a Master of Arts in Health Management from the European University of Lefke and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Osun State University. She is a certified Project Management for Development Professional (PMD Pro) and has completed training in Gender Responsive Economic Policy Management (IDEP) and the Gender and Development Course (PIC), with additional certifications in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO/IEC 20000:2018 IT Service Management Systems reflecting her commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.
