Simnom is the People & Culture Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre, where she supports people-focused initiatives that strengthen employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture. She supports key areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, and policy implementation, helping to ensure that people processes are effective, consistent, and aligned with the organization's goals. 

Prior to this role, Simnom served as a Human Resources Assistant at the Policy Innovation Centre, where she supported day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes. She also previously worked with the Gender and Inclusion Foyer, where she contributed to research, programme implementation, and advocacy initiatives. 

Simnom holds qualifications that support her current role and continues to strengthen her expertise through professional development and practical experience in people and culture management. She is passionate about enhancing employee experience and creating a work environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.
