Tinarose is a Project Advisor at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she provides advisory, coordination, and quality assurance support for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of strategic projects that drive sustainable social impact. She works closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure programme quality, strengthen compliance and documentation, and support the successful achievement of programme objectives. She also provides technical guidance across project teams, helping to resolve operational challenges, improve project delivery processes, and build capacity for effective programme delivery. 

She has built professional experience across quality control, educational consulting, administration, project and grant financial management, independent field monitoring, and research. Her diverse experience has strengthened her expertise in programme management, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, quality assurance, evidence-informed decision-making, and effective problem-solving. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have contributed significantly to the successful delivery of development programmes. 

Tinarose holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Imo State University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Bingham University, Karu. She is passionate about using research and evidence to shape policy and deliver practical solutions that improve health and development outcomes.
