Titilope Ayoola is a Research Officer at the Policy Innovation Centre and a Public Health professional with a strong foundation in Nursing Science and a proven track record in designing and leading evidence-driven programs. She is passionate about advancing adolescent health and development, driving initiatives that tackle inequities and empower young people to thrive.
With expertise in end-to-end research, policy translation, and health systems strengthening, Titilope transforms complex data into actionable insights that shape national and sub-national decision-making. Prior to PIC, she served at the Federal Ministry of Health, providing frontline care while coordinating programs that improved health outcomes and strengthened systems.
She holds a degree in Nursing, a Gender Development certification, and is completing her Master of Public Health (MPH), equipping her to deliver strategic, gender-responsive, and sustainable solutions that create measurable impact in adolescent health and development
