Titilope Favour Ayoola is a Research Advisor at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she provides strategic and technical leadership in the design and implementation of qualitative and mixed-methods research that generates evidence for policy and programme decision-making. She currently leads the qualitative data management on the VYAS Project and facilitates stakeholder engagement, and supports the development of technical reports, policy briefs, scientific publications, and other knowledge products that inform evidence-based policy and practice. 

With a decade of professional experience as a registered nurse within Nigeria's Federal Ministry of Health, her clinical and public health experience has equipped her with valuable insights into the intersection of policy, health outcomes, and systems strengthening, enabling her to bridge the gap between research evidence and real-world implementation. This unique blend of clinical expertise and research leadership strengthens her commitment to generating actionable evidence that supports equitable, people-centred, and sustainable development.

She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a certification in Gender and Development, underpinning her commitment to producing high-quality evidence that strengthens health systems and advances adolescent health and development.
