Tolulope Fadare is a Product Designer at the Policy Innovation Centre, where he supports end-to-end product design processes across web and intelligent digital platforms. In this role, he creates engaging, on-brand visuals using a blend of generative AI tools and conventional design software, edits raw footage into polished video outputs, and explores ways artificial intelligence can be integrated into products to make them smarter and more personalized. He also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to effectively support thematic campaigns, events, and program rollouts.
Tolulope brings over 8 years of experience working at the intersection of creativity and strategy. Prior to joining PIC, he served as Head of Creatives at MSBM (UK), where he led a team of designers and content creators, developed brand guidelines, and implemented design strategies that strengthened audience engagement across digital platforms. He also worked as a Creative Designer at AfriCred, contributing to user-centred design solutions for digital marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives, and has run a long-standing design consultancy practice covering UI/UX, motion design, branding, and investor-facing communications.
Tolulope holds a degree in Computer Science and an AI x Design Thinking certification, a foundation that informs his technical approach to product design and his ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. His skill set spans Figma, the Adobe Suite, data visualization, prototyping, and AI prompting, equipping him to deliver design solutions that are both visually compelling and strategically grounded.
