Toyin leads the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at the Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she provides cross-cutting evidence, data tracking, and learning support across its programs and projects.
With a background in Data Science and Public Health, Toyin brings deep analytical expertise and clarity to PIC’s mission of bridging social disparities. Her work has focused extensively on advanced impact evaluation techniques, translating intricate field data into clear, dynamic data, empowering leadership with the insights needed for high-stakes decision-making.
Before joining PIC, Toyin built a distinguished career over more than a decade in the development and humanitarian sectors, supporting impactful initiatives with organizations including TAConnect, UNICEF, FHI360, Population Council, eHealth4everyone, and New Incentives. She is a certified knowledge manager and holds a Master's degree from the University of East London.
