Uzorchukwuka serves as the Legal Assistant at the Policy Innovation Centre, where she is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing a broad range of legal and contractual documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal governance frameworks. She oversees the proper execution and documentation of legal instruments, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and institutional accountability across all engagements. Her role also extends to organizational risk management, where she identifies potential legal exposures within contractual arrangements and advises on appropriate mitigation strategies.
Beyond her legal functions, Uzorchukwuka plays a strategic role across the Partnerships and Project Management Office portfolios. She drives stakeholder engagement through the coordination of high-level communications. Working closely with the PMO, she supports seamless project delivery by strengthening internal systems and contributing to the capacity development of Project Officers, thereby reinforcing organizational performance and effectiveness.
Prior to joining PIC, Uzorchukwuka was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025 and gained practical legal experience in private practice, where she contributed to legal research, the drafting of court processes, and case management building a strong foundation in litigation and legal analysis. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators and holds a certification as an accredited mediator in conflict management and leadership from the Mediation Training Institute.
