Yejide is a People and Culture Officer at Policy Innovation Centre (PIC), where she supports the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. She partners with teams across the organization to implement people-focused practices, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure effective HR operations. 

Prior to joining PIC, Yejide built her HR career across the technology and development sectors, gaining experience in recruitment, payroll administration, HR systems management, employee engagement, and culture building. She has also supported HR operations within donor-funded projects, providing her with a broad perspective on people management across diverse organizational contexts. 

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Literature from the University of Lagos and continues to advance her expertise through professional HR certifications and continuous learning. Yejide is passionate about creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces that enable both employees and organizations to thrive.
