Why Exhibit at GS-26?
The Summit will feature a high-traffic exhibition space located within the main venue foyer, a central hub for networking, engagement, and interaction throughout the two-day Summit.
This space guarantees:
1. High visibility among national conveners, public officials, private sector leaders, donor agencies, multinationals, and media
2. Real-time interaction with 2,000+ physical attendees over 2 days
3. Premium exposure during plenary sessions, coffee breaks, and media coverage

Information and Guidelines
The exhibition booths will be situated within the foyer of the event venue, serving as a central meeting point throughout the Summit. As a major circulation and networking area, the foyer will attract continuous participant engagement and provide exhibitors with valuable opportunities to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
The exhibition space will host interactions with government representatives, private sector actors, donor agencies, international organisations, multinationals, academia, civil society, innovators, and other development stakeholders. Beyond visibility, the space is designed to foster meaningful partnerships, strategic conversations, and collaborative opportunities.
Exhibitors are expected to complete booth setup on the evening of Monday, 7th September 2026, ahead of the official opening of the Summit. Booths must remain operational throughout the duration of the event, with at least one representative present during official Summit hours.

Cost
The cost per booth for the entire duration of the Summit is
₦3,000,000
This fee covers full booth branding, setup, and installation.
Partnership Packages
Organisations partnering directly with the Policy Innovation Centre on any aspect of the Summit will automatically be allocated a booth at no additional cost. Partnership package details are provided below.
